Process:

The “Legendary Collections” (LC) are one-of-a-kind, AI generated designs based on individuals who have achieved iconic status. Each Collection derived its themes and symbolism from text inputs into image generation AI technology.

Each of the Collection themes were AI text prompt engineered from key factors, components, attributes and/or recognizable actions of influence that make the scene memorable. The personalities, behaviors, qualities, and characteristics of each Legend, were then symbolized, to create a unique series of Legendary Designs. Although these individuals will remain unknown, their status will remain Legendary…

The Legendary Collections were intentionally AI prompted to be minimalist/simplistic/classic in nature to provide clarity and authenticity. Complex embroidery designs with excessive detail, multiple color changes and layers of thread tend to distort registration. These Legendary designs carry as much meaning as they do creativity and were designed to be robust and built for longevity. Extensive mock-ups went into discovering the right amount of digitization (embroidery) detail that can be produced in an acceptable amount of time, and yet still survive both wear, tear and prominence at a distance. Each garment requires approx. *4 + hours of embroidery artisanship to assemble, we’re proud of the results and hope you will be too.

Community can be tough to find, unless your Community just found you….

*4 + hours – Commercial embroidery machines operate at speeds referred to as Stiches Per Minute (SPM). It is not uncommon to see multi-needle commercial machines capable of mass production at 1200 SPM, however these high speeds are not ideal for long run detailed embroidery designs. The LCs are produced at speeds averaging between 700-900 SPM, leveraging a variety of needle sizes and thread types. The bobbin on the machine holds enough thread for approxinately 45,000 stitches. The LC designs themselves average approximately 225,000 stitches each, and therefore require between 4-5 hours of machine runtime, and 5 bobbin changes to produce.

Legendary Crest Collection:

Once the Legendary Designs were completed for the “Crest” Collection, AI generated four additional vitals;

1/ A single word summarizing the symbolism within each Crest.

2/ An articulated description of that word, relevant to text design inputs.

3/ The Legends weakness based on the AI behavioral inputs.

4/ Latin phrase that could be used to describe the LCD.

Each Crest design includes a “Summary of Meaning“ that truly defines each Legend.
