Embroiderhaus – Company Overview
Our family name, Lucas, was derived from the Latin “Lucas,” which means “light” or “illumination.” The surname Lucas was first found in Nottinghamshire where the singular name Lucas was listed c. 1150. Soon after, Eurard Lucas was registered into nobility as a Knights Templar in Hertfordshire 1153-1185, the first Lucas documented with both a Given and Surname. The Lucas lineage has had documented genealogy and historical contribution in North America since the 1600’s, we’re humbled and
inspired, and present to the world: EMBROIDERHAUS.
Enlightened
EMBROIDERHAUS is the efforts of Jason Lucas and Misty Graf-Lucas. Blue-collar/creative people being self-awakened from a corporate white-collar veil. A veil keeping life “busy” through stressful daunting hours, pace, metrics, and commissions, and a passionate desire to Arrive and Become something new. Truly grateful for the learnings and opportunities 20 years of enterprise IT technical sales/management had to offer, it’ll be valuable on the
embroidery digital transformation path ahead.
