What are Digitizing Fees and are they necessary to complete the embroidery job?
Digitizing is the process of converting a flat PNG image file into adjustable stitch types, colors and thread patterns. In order for an image design to take shape correctly on any given garment, the embroidery machine has to be set up correctly both mechanically and digitially for the garment type being run. Great digitizing and machine set-up are the most important steps in creating amazing embroidery. EMBROIDERHAUS brings award winning digitizing, 50+ years of embroidery expertise, 100+ commercial machines and a huge selection of colors to meet your needs.
EMBROIDERHAUS DIGITIZING SERVICES:
  • Up to 5 in. designs (Most Logos): $50
  • 5 to 7 in. designs: $100
  • 7 to 12in. Designs: $175
  • 12+ in. Designs: Call for pricing

**Caps vs. Flats are priced as separate Jobs. Each requires a different type of image digitization process due to the curvature of caps vs. flats. 

Why is my order delayed?
  • Occasionally incoming orders have missing garments, wrong colors and/or sizes requiring us to add additional time to the delivery date.
  • Seasonal backups in production do occur. Demand for embroidered apparel does fluctuate based on seasonal holidays and corporate events season.
  • There is also the potential for certain garments to go out of stock during the quoting and/or Sales Order process.
  • We make every effort possible to clearly communicate with our customers if any disruptions happen during the production process.
Why are there no refunds for the Legendary Crest Collection?
  • Each Legendary Crest Design takes approx. 4 hours of artisanship to create.
  • Each Legendary Crest Design garment is made to order and is not an inventoried item. Garment and Design colors vary based on selections made during purchase.
  • All Sales Final for the Legendary Crest Collection. We truly believe you’ll absolutely appreciate what you receive from EMBROIDERHAUS.
How many colors can be included in a single design?

Up to 12 colors can be used in any given design.

Are multiple embroidery locations offered per garment and how is that priced?

Yes, most garments do have multiple locations where embroidery can be applied. Each location on a garment is considered a new job set-up, and will be priced accordingly. Call for consultation.

Does EMBROIDERHAUS do Name and Number (Single or Double Digit) personalization?
Yes, prices vary depending on size, location and  number of letters/numbers required. Call for consultation.
Is there a minimum order quantity for "Specialty" garments not within the EMBROIDERHAUS wholesale portfolio?
Yes, when ordering Specialty garments typically sold directly by the manufacturer or through one of their retail distribution partners, the EMBROIDERHAUS minimum order quantity is (6).
What are the general dimension guidelines/limitations for the various embroidery locations offered?

Polos left/right chest – 4.75” diameter embroidery area

Hats – (2.25in. Height) (4.5in. Width)

Beanies with cuff – 2.25” max height – 5.5” max width

Beanies without cuff – 3.5”height x 5.5” width

Jacket Backs/Hoodies – 10” height x 12” width

Shoulder Left/Right – 4.75” diameter embroidery area (in the bicep area) we can’t go below the bicep area.

Hoodie Cuffs – We can only do cuffs that open so they can lay flat on the table, like on a button-down shirt or a denim snap-cuff jacket for Monograms.

Returns & Exchanges

All custom printed items (including business logos, customized garments with names, numbers, etc), are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason. Order cancellations are not permitted once the initial design mockup, garment selection and payment have been approved for production.

 DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

As all of our items are meticulously inspected for damages/defects before being sent out, any claim for a damaged or defective item must be made within 24 HOURS of receiving your packages delivery. This claim must be made via email with the following information included:

  1. Order # and item that is damaged
  2. Explanation of what is wrong
  3. Photo of the defective item must be attached
